We aim to offer quick fulfillment and shipping for everyone in the Fam’ and we ship Monday through Friday from our Batavia Illinois warehouse. Orders placed before 7AM CST Monday – Friday will ship the same day; all other orders ship next business day.

Most items ship via USPS Ground Advantage with transit times of 2-7 days depending where you are located. If you opt for expedited shipping on your order it will ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground with estimated transit times of 2-4 days.

For the continental United States we offer free shipping on orders over $40. For orders under $40 we offer $5 flat rate shipping.

For Alaska and Hawaii we offer free shipping on orders over $80. For orders under $80 we offer $10 flat rate shipping.

For international customers we charge our actual shipping expenses. If you’d like us to quote shipping, please contact us with the items you’d like to purchase and the shipping address. Due to the time involved in quoting shipping, we can only quote orders totaling over $100.

We specialize in vintage and retired toys and collectibles. Most items in our store have been out of production for years or decades. Unless otherwise noted, our items are vintage/ second hand and carefully inspected to ensure they're like new. Nearly all the stuffed animals in our store have been out of production for 10+ years, thus the term “brand new” can be confusing.

All our stuffed animals are in mint condition and look like new. This means they’ve never been played with, have all their original tags (without any damage), and are free of any type of odor. Most of our inventory was purchased by collectors and stored for years or is old new stock from specialty stores. We only sell stuffed animals in excellent condition, but it’s hard for anything to be “new” when it was manufactured more than 10 years ago.

Our inventory is sourced from a variety of places. Much is purchased from private collectors who have taken exceptional care of their items and are looking to downsize. Other inventory is purchased as old new stock. Unless otherwise noted all items in our store are vintage/ second hand and carefully inspected to ensure they’re like new.
